President – Anna Żalińska
she received the master’s degree in history at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin; professionally involved in the state administration and – occasionally – in tourism as a licensed tour guide in Poland and abroad; her leisure time hobby is exploring the history of the southern Polish regions (especially Malopolska and Podkarpacie), she likes mountain hikes, she is also interested in iconostasis and vegan cuisine.
Board Member – Agnieszka Filipek
holds master’s degree in history, graduated from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin; professionally an archivist at the National Archives in Krakow, the Branch in Nowy Sącz, privately a wife and a mother; the area of her interest is mainly historical education, mountain excursions, genealogy and history of the region of Nowy Sącz.
President of the Council – Krystyna Wrońska
MA in English Philology, studied at the University of Wrocław, currently connected with Tarnów where she lives and works; has experience in the education of children and young people, interested in the Anglo-Saxon culture and historical connections between Poland and Great Britain, in the Foundation deals mainly with the organizational and administrative matters.
Secretary of the Council – Adam Żaliński
holds PhD in Psychology and master’s degree in two fields of study – a graduate of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin in the field of psychology and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in the field of Cultural Studies; currently he is working for the Jagiellonian University of Cracow; moreover, he is interested in mountain tourism and the history of national minorities in Poland (especially the Lemko people) as well as Polish Diaspora studies.
